Aluminum screw cap capper, Pet or Twist Off cap

This specific machine model has been designed, built and certified for capping bottles with screw caps using Aluminum or Metallic Caps; Replacing the capping head, you can use Plastic Caps or Twist Off Capsules.
Machine with mechanical operation (without compressed air consumption), built in stainless steel and with plastic parts suitable for use in the food industry.
FEATURES:
The height adjustment of the tray, to adapt the machine to different bottles, is extremely simple and fast.
Thread capping head with 4 levers (No. 2 threading rollers - No. 2 flanging rollers), chosen according to the type of closure and/or application, made entirely of steel with a safety device, for a single closure format.
In case of Pre-threaded Plastic Caps or Twist Off Capsules:
Magnetic clutch head, built entirely in AISI 304/316 steel complete with projected closing cone and built as shown in AISI 316 for a single closing format.
