This Department encompasses all the experience and Know-How of DIMA Packaging Machinery in its facilities and applications for target sectors.

It also offers them maintenance in the facilities carried out by DIMA Packaging Machinery; as well as the Spare Parts Service of our Partners.

Our areas of work:

Maintenance ➝ Thanks to our knowledge of production lines and the machines that make them up, we can provide a maintenance service at all levels, from support to the client's own maintenance department to comprehensive maintenance of the facilities.

Preventive ➝ Together with the client, we design and carry out comprehensive preventive maintenance plans, adapting to production needs, thus improving the efficiency of the lines or machines.

Corrective ➝ We provide a corrective intervention service in the shortest time possible, and in a maximum of 24 hours in the event of a machine stoppage.

Production assistance services ➝ We train the work teams that will operate the line, as well as the maintenance department, assisting production for the time deemed necessary so that the line operators are independent in its use.

New formats ➝ Together with the client, we study, design, manufacture and start up the new formats that you want to work with the existing lines.

Spare parts ➝ Spare parts service for both machines and commercial parts as quickly as possible.
