Filler - Semi-automatic Packaging Machine for Plastic or Aluminum Tubes
Ideal for dosing, filling, sealing, closing and packaging plastic or aluminum tubes of cosmetic creams, ointments, glues, adhesives, condensed milk, sauces or any product in plastic or aluminum tubes.
FEATURES:
The tubes are manually placed in a slide with 6 nests, 3 of which are for soldering and 3 for preparation.
Pressing the pedal activates the jaw closing process with a pneumatic cylinder, as well as the welding of the tubes with impulse heaters.
The dimensions and the shape of the nests are made according to the specific request of the client.
Tube diameter up to 50 mm.
Height up to 200mm.
Capacity 500 tubes / h.
