The labeler is made of stainless steel and aluminum. A 2 meter long conveyor moves the bottle along the corresponding nodes. The applicator removes the label from the substrate and applies it to the bottle.

Additionally, a date sensor can be installed on the applicator to mark the date of manufacture. Types of devices for fixing the date: thermal transfer, inkjet, laser. The date is selected according to the applied information, the shape, the arrangement, the speed of readjustment and the resistance to wear.

Flow dividers are used to apply decals at a set frequency. Flow dividers specify the gap between consumer packaging units.

The labeling machine is based on the principle of modularity and is a designer. In the same frame with the transporter we have the necessary combination of nodes for each case.
