Automatic Rinser

Automatic machine suitable for the internal rinsing of glass or pet bottles and jars with water, ready to be inserted into the existing bottling line.
On request, the machine can have a recovery tank with a pump and filter group to use an alcoholic or sterilizing solution in recirculation.
Available 'Blower' version for air.
Models from 6 clamps. The bottle is taken from the conveyor belt and placed in correspondence of the handling clamp, which grabs it in the neck area. This gripper is integrated into a carousel, but it can freely roll around a transverse axis.
During the rotation of the carousel, the gripper is turned 180° thanks to a suitably modeled tubular cam, putting the bottle in a vertical position with the mouth downwards, in correspondence with an injection nozzle.
After rinsing, there is a "dripping" phase which ends when the gripper rolls back down, placing the bottle on the star which will take it back over the belt and towards the filling turret.
